Offesive Line Drills
Author: Coach Kyle | Created: June 02, 2025
Everything on offense starts with the line. If you can’t block, you can’t move the ball. I teach my offensive linemen that they are the engine of the team — the unit that makes everything else possible. It’s not the flashiest job, but it’s one of the most important. We train fundamentals, toughness, and unity up front.
Stance
Teaching a proper three-point stance and explosive first step. Focus on posture, balance, and firing out low.
- Feet
- Slide
- Squeeze
- Sink
